We encourage and enable our residents to maintain their independence, whilst being cared for in a pleasant homely environment.

We constantly solicit feedback from our residents and take action on their concerns. Comments from the families of residents confirm the high levels of satisfaction with Haylie House, our staff and the services we provide.

Haylie House adheres strictly to the demanding requirements of the standards set by the Scottish Commission for Regulatory Care. We are inspected regularly by SCRC and copies of reports are available.

Haylie House has its own independent Health and Safety Officer who has the task of ensuring that we operate to the highest levels within and around the home.
