Haylie House has an excellent and deserved reputation for the high calibre and professionalism of its staff who deliver the best possible quality of care delivered to an exacting standard in a warm and supporting environment for our residents.

The property is owned by North Ayrshire Council and is run by a professionally qualified management team overseen by a Board of Trustees drawn form local volunteers with a diverse background of experience and talents.

The Trustees are all actively involved in the running of Haylie House and work closely with the staff to ensure that every aspect of the management and service quality meets the exacting standards demanded by the Scottish Commission for Regulatory Care . Regular inspections by the latter ensure that all aspects of safety and security are adhered to. For example, new fire sprinkler and automatic door closure systems were recently installed.
